Timing

For the first time, I started feeling the importance of timing.
You need to make a decision before it's too late.

Then, again, I recall the story which one of my mentors used to tell me.
When you miss your chance, when you do not value the chance you have at that moment,
somebody else will cut in and take the chance that was belong to you.
