After interviewing three respected men in my life, some interesting findings are drawn from them.
* With the increasing of age, a full-time Christian worker might have a more specific working field or group of people to serve for. That might lead to less motivation to learn English. On the other hand, younger Christian workers tend to explore whatever possibilities that they have for future career, and therefore are more willing to equip themselves with language abilities.
* Whatever age they are, reading the Bible in English is a very essential skill for full-time Christian workers in Taiwan.
* Christian in Taiwan have limited access to Christian books or resources. People who do not use English can only receive translated information, and those information were previously selected by Taiwanese publishers.
* Language is a secondary issue.

It is amazing to talk to these people and catch up with them a little bit. I'm blessed to have these people around in my life. Designing a questionnaire is a very, very difficult task. Hopefully I can make a good one and have passion for my work throughout the time period.
