Philippians 4:4-7
4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.
6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

What are the things that you are anxious about? I know mine. Especially in the times that you can't see what you are expecting for. I think God knows the deepest fear in our hearts, and I think that's also why that through out the Bible, He keeps telling us "Do not be afraid."
If I'm anxious about something, easily I get resented, depressed, or disappointed. And if I did so, My heart and mind are not in God.
To get rid of that fear, I have to trust in God. Trust in Him when I feel like to and when I don't feel like to. Present my request by prayer and petition with thanksgiving to God. Then, the most importantly, God will, and I think He is so ready for this, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
I want my gentleness be evident to all. I'm working on that.
